Haskell University without a president after more than a year
Tuesday, March 29, 2011

Haskell Indian Nations University is still without a president after more than a year.

Linda Sue Warner, a member of the Comanche Nation of Oklahoma, resigned in November 2010. But she hadn't worked at the university since September 2009, when she was placed on detail elsewhere within the Bureau of Indian Education.

The BIE now has 10 candidates for the job but Director Keith Moore has yet to make a decision. In the meantime, Clyde Peacock will serve as interim president.
